Graduate and REU Programs

Our students have been awarded a variety of national fellowships, including the NSF GRFP, DOE SCGSR, and MolSSI Software Fellowship, and participated in summer internships at national labs (e.g., Sandia National Laboratory and  Argonne National Laboratory) and industry (e.g. OpenEye Scientific/Cadence). We have numerous alumni at universities, national labs, and industry.

Students can also apply to one of the following interdisciplinary PhD programs: 
Computational Modeling & Simulation (CMS) and Computational and Systems Biology. The CMS program has been created to offer students the opportunity to perform research in any of the computational groups across campus, while obtaining an interdisciplinary education in scientific computing and algorithms.
